Structure and Written Expression Simulation Test

Time – 25 minutes

This test measures your mastery of Standard English and its appropriate usage. There are two types of test in this section, each with special instruction.

Structure

Directions: Questions 1-15 contain incomplete sentences. There will be four options beneath each question, marked (A), (B), (C) and (D). Choose an option which contains a word or a phrase which will complete the sentence. After that, fill the space corresponding to the letter (A), (B), (C) or (D) in your answer sheet.

The complete sentence should read “Trees always need nutrients, water and light to grow taller”. Therefore, you should choose option (D)

The complete sentence should read “Water will evaporate when heated at 100°C”. Therefore, you should choose option (C)
